Councilor Winter Update:

Welcome to Albuquerque's District -4 Web Site.

Biography

Brad Winter is the senior member of the City Council, serving his second term as the representative of District 4. He is the current City Council President, an office he has previously held twice.

Additionally, Brad Winter is the Director of the Capital Master Plan Department of Albuquerque Public Schools. He received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Oklahoma and his Master of Arts and Doctor of Education degrees at the University of New Mexico.

Mayor Martin J. Chavez

Martin Chavez is serving his third term as Albuquerque's Mayor. Mayor Chavez is dedicated to getting the City's financial house in order, beefing-up public safety, and laying plans for long-term economic development.
